The Ringcrush origin story
Ringcrush was founded by Bailey Christenbury in 2016 with nothing more than a few gemstones, a bit of metal, in her small one car garage. Her unique jewelry designs rapidly gained a cult following, allowing her to hire additional talented artisans and expand into a massive studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a female-founded business, Ringcrush raw jewelry is made by women for women. We strive to create innovative designs that blend femininity with a contemporary feel, perfect for the contemporary woman whose unique style demands a unique accessories.
The Ringcrush team is made up of 13 female alumni from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), who handcraft each piece in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Ringcrush has been featured everywhere from Atlanta to London in some of the world’s most prestigious magazines, such as Conde Nast Traveler, Glamour, Jezebel, and Vogue.
Ringcrush is now recognized worldwide for its handmade jewelry that redefines timeless favorites, such as emerald, sapphire, opal and diamond, and offers a contemporary reinterpretation that reflects our modern lifestyles.
We see jewelry as the ultimate form of self-expression, allowing you tell your story through wearable pieces. Whether it’s within the gemstone’s spiritual meaning or simply in the uniqueness our products bring to your personal style, our handmade gemstone jewelry never fails to turn heads and spark conversation.
How our jewelry is made
We do things differently at Ringcrush. While most American brands import mass-produced jewelry overseas, our raw gemstone jewelry is handcrafted, from scratch, entirely in Atlanta, Georgia. We’re an American brand through and through.
Sustainability is at the heart of our ethos, driving everything we do at Ringcrush. We use 100% recycled silver and gold, and also pull our gemstones out of the waste stream of the mining industry. Our gems are ethically sourced and conflict-free, set into totally original jewelry that is beautiful both inside and out.
As of 2021, Ringcrush has sold over 115,00 raw gemstone jewelry pieces. We have thousands of 5-star reviews and fans across the globe that have fallen in love with our one-of-a-kind raw stone jewelry designs.
