Johannesburg, South Africa – Sixteen-year-old South African artist Giselle Niemand is set to join an international fashion showcase in Paris this October, adding another global milestone to her growing career.

Giselle will be part of Africa In Paris, taking place from 2 to 4 October 2026 and presented by Africa Fashion Week in collaboration with Noir Fashion Week Paris.

 She will showcase as one of the South African models presenting the work of New Romantics Couture, by designer Nadene Marx.

New Romantics Couture's journey to Paris follows its participation in Africa Fashion Week last year, where the fashion house secured the opportunity to showcase internationally.

For Giselle Niemand, the Paris appearance builds on her experience at New York Fashion Week and her international performance career, which has taken her to destinations including the United States and Dubai.

With music, modelling, acting and dance all forming part of her career, Giselle continues to establish herself as a versatile young South African performer.

Her upcoming appearance in Paris represents another opportunity to showcase South African talent on an international platform and continue building her presence in the global creative industry.
